Winter Came Quick…
I’m not sure I’m ready for this amount of cold just yet. Seems like this weather should be saved for January or February…..but not now 
Anyways, I headed out for a Kayak around the lake at Delaware State Park and a hike afterwards (I’ll just keep pretending it’s summer 
) I did manage to find what I think is an Eagles nest although I could spot no bird. It was huge and very neatly constructed. I certainly can’t think of any other bird around here that can make a nest this large other than a Bald Eagle. Now that I know where it is, I’ll be keeping an eye on it as spring approaches to see if it’s used. You can see a picture of it below along with a cold landscape photo. Thanks for looking
